Lifecycle Marketing Manager

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing leads from a marketing standpoint. On a day to day basis, they will be working on marketing campaigns, leveraging diverse channels to nurture the leads, and aligning on strategy with the sales team. They will discover the perfect customer journey and use marketing automation to nurture precise segments. Outside of tracking and nurturing leads with our CRM, they will also scale tasks, score the level of intent, segment the database and build effective communication to convert leads. They are an excellent communicator, creative thinker and data driven problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly tracking lead activity to monitor their journey
  • Nurture leads by providing educational material until the lead enters the sales pipeline
  • Owns sales enablement by providing sales with a variety of resources
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth experience
  • Establish scalable processes in campaign and lead management
  • Plan cross-channel communication to nurture leads (retargeted ads, newsletters, etc.)
  • Report on the nurturing key metrics on a monthly basis
  • Analyze behavior patterns of successful customers that are more likely to be retained
  • Keep the database clean, the scores efficient, and leverage Hubspot functionalities

You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3-5 years of experience using Hubspot Marketing Hub Professional
  • Experience in writing high intent contents (product briefs, solution briefs, success stories, email messaging, etc.)
  • Demonstrated creative capabilities (e.g. writing and/or design) to drive personalization and relevance
  • Data gathering and analysis around the customer journey
  • Experience in using the various channels used to nurture leads (email, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Experience in Account based marketing strategy a plus
  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus but not required
