Prior to working at Flare, Donna Azarnush completed the Customer Success Manager: Fundamentals to Your CSM Career course on Udemy and went on to work several customer support and success roles at SaaS and B2B startups. As Customer Success Manager, Azarnush manages relationships with Flare clients and supports them throughout their journey.

Fun Fact:
I didn’t know how to swim until a few months ago when I was encouraged to jump into a deep sinkhole in Mexico without a life jacket. Guess it turned out I already knew how to tread water, I just needed to muster up the courage to jump in!
